The City of Phoenix is offering residents FREE COVID-19 testing and COVID-19 vaccination through a mobile van service and Premier Lab Solutions! To get tested, registration is suggested. Vaccine doses are brought to the site according to registration numbers, however, walk-ups are welcome and will be served as doses allow. All participants will receive a $10 Grocery Store Gift Card (vaccinations only) and Free Water. Please remember to wear a mask when you arrive at the testing location.
