COVID-19 Testing & Vaccinations for City of Phoenix Employees!
Beginning Friday, November 5, many City of Phoenix employees working outside of the downtown area will be able to receive a free COVID-19 vaccine and or COVID test without leaving their job site.
The city has partnered with Premier Lab Solutions to create pop-up COVID vaccine and testing events at three city service centers, in response to a steady increase in COVID cases throughout our community.
This is a pilot project, so the events will be hosted at a different location each Friday in November and December. Please note that the vaccine being offered is the two-dose Moderna vaccine. COVID booster shots will be available. The pop-up event will return to the same service center, four weeks later, to administer the second dose of the Moderna vaccine. Appointments are encouraged.
